Course Prerequisites

• 12+ years old
• Able to swim 200m unassisted
• No medical conditions interfering with diving
• No prior freediving experience required

Equipment needed: Mask, snorkel, freediving fins, weight belt, pvc-coated weights, and temperature appropriate wetsuit.
