What's Included
Ama Spearfishing Workshop Two full days of classroom, pool, and ocean. Fish ID, ecology, female physiology, equalisation, speargun handling, safety, Ikijimi, and the sustainable harvest knowledge that most programs never teach.
Ama Guided Outing A private half-day outing to a local reef. Two women, one guide. The goal is to source your own dinner. Your skills, in real water, with support beside you.
Ama Pool Session One dedicated pool session to build breath-hold, CO₂ tolerance, and water confidence. The physical foundation that makes everything else easier.

Prerequisites: Comfortable freediver, able to dive to a minimum of 5 metres with good buoyancy control and calmly hold your breath for at least 30 seconds.
