EXPEDITION SUMMARY
BluePrint™: Surf Maldives is a 10-day performance immersion for surfers who want to surf better and operate better—in the water and in life.
Set aboard a luxury liveaboard in the Maldives' Central Atolls during peak September conditions, this isn't about wave count or bucket-list box-ticking. It's about learning how to show up: how you breathe when conditions shift, how you manage fear and fatigue, how you make decisions under pressure, and how those skills transfer beyond surfing.
You'll surf uncrowded, high-quality reef breaks every day. But you'll also train breath control, nervous system regulation, attention management, and physiological readiness—practical tools you can use in any high-pressure situation.
Small cohort. Structured coaching. World-class waves. Skills that stick.
If you're tired of surfing harder without getting better, this is for you.

The Fun Stuff
Why Adventure with Us?
Safety-First Approach
Led by Cindy, a former firefighter-paramedic with 15+ years guiding in high-risk ocean environments. Safety isn't an add-on—it's how we operate.
Small Groups Only
8-10 guests max. Real connections, personalized attention, minimal impact.
Ethics Over Content
No chasing wildlife for photos. No crowding. No baiting. Respectful encounters on the animals' terms.
Professional Facilitation
Qualified instructors who live this life year-round—not influencers on a photo mission.
Conservation Built-In
Every expedition includes hands-on conservation. We give back, always.
Community, Not Transactions
Pre-trip prep, post-trip integration, ongoing support. You're part of Ocean Glide before, during, and after.
More Than Just Diving
BluePrint™ methodology integrates breathwork, self-reflection, and lifestyle tools that improve your life beyond the water.
Our Perfect Guest
You're here to get better, not just get barreled.
You're a confident intermediate-to-advanced surfer who values growth over glory. Feedback doesn't threaten you—it helps you. You're willing to refine basics, try new approaches, and do the work even when it's uncomfortable.
You understand that performance is holistic: breath, recovery, nervous system regulation, decision-making. Surfing better means showing up better—mentally and physically.
You're easy-going but committed. You can laugh at yourself, roll with changes, and contribute to the group vibe without needing to dominate it. You're here for real improvement, not Instagram validation.
You're comfortable in the ocean—reef breaks, overhead waves, reading conditions. You can manage yourself in the lineup without hand-holding.
What you don't need to be:
A pro surfer · Young · Extroverted · Perfect in every session · Experienced with performance coaching
All you need:
Openness to feedback, respect for the process, genuine interest in getting better, and willingness to be part of a focused, supportive group.
Who this is NOT for:
Party seekers · Ego-driven surfers · Anyone resistant to structured learning or video feedback
If you're a professional who wants to show up better—in the water and in life—you'll fit right in.
