ANCIENT PRACTICE. MODERN WOMEN. ROOTED APPROACH.

Built on over 25 years of ocean experience and the ancient tradition of the Ama, the women who have intricately dived and harvested coastlines of Japan and Korea for over two thousand years.

Almost entirely women. No tanks, just breath, body, and an intimate knowledge of the water. They took only what the ocean could sustainably give, season by season, generation by generation. Their knowledge passed woman to woman.

Ama means woman of the sea. In Spanish, it means to love.

That intersection is where our philosophy is rooted.

WHY IT WAS CREATED

Women are physiologically built for this

The mammalian dive reflex is measurably stronger in female bodies. Women thermoregulate, carry buoyancy, and recover differently. None of this is weakness. All of it is information. Most programs never teach it.

The female nervous system learns differently.

Ego, comparison, and performance suppress a woman's ability to absorb new skills. Remove them and learning accelerates. The Ama Project removes them entirely. This is not a softer course. It is a more effective one.

The cycle is not an obstacle. It is a tool.

No mainstream spearfishing course accounts for the menstrual cycle. This one does. A woman who understands her cycle in the water stops fighting herself on the wrong days. She becomes more capable on the right ones.
