About the Sessions
These weekly pool sessions on the Gold Coast are designed to help you build breath-hold, comfort, and confidence in the water through clear, intentional coaching. Groups stay small (max 8 people per session), the environment stays supportive, and each session is tailored to meet you where you are.
Choose Your Session:
1. Women Only: Wednesdays
A calm, supportive space for women to develop water confidence, improve breath-hold, and learn to move with more ease in the water.
Ideal for: beginners to intermediate divers, or anyone wanting a relaxed, encouraging environment.
2. Co-Ed: Tuesdays
A structured training session designed for anyone seeking safe breath-hold development, CO₂ tolerance, technique, and controlled efficiency.
What's Included in Every Session:
- Small groups (max 8 people)
- Planned workouts to build CO₂ tolerance safely
- Technique refinement
- Dynamic and static apnea training
- Calm, intentional guidance focused on sustainable improvement
